Rich with Shea Butter and Jojoba, and gently exfoliating with an herbed epsom salt blend, this daily scrub will not sting like sodium salt based scrubs. It leaves your skin super soft and protected by a light sheen, with the added benefit of daily magnesium application to soothe muscles and fascia. No additional body lotion or oil is needed after stepping out of the shower, saving time and energy.
Lotion Scrub is activated by water. After your cleaning in the shower is done, turn off the water, apply a small amount of scrub to your hands and massage into your body. I use this time to practice Abhyanga (self-massage) using Face Polish and Lotion Scrub.
Gently rinse, sweep off excess droplets with your hands, step out of the shower and pat yourself dry with a towel.
Your skin is now exfoliated, nourished and protected for the rest of the day.
