Refund and Returns Policy

I run a small business and specialize in premium, small batch, handcrafted products. Because of this, I do not offer returns. Please do not use a product if it contains something you are allergic to. I use a variety of herbal hydrosols and herb-infused oils and glycerites, and these may vary between batches. You may contact me to find out the unique herbal ingredients in a batch.

In the event of damage or loss during shipping, please contact me and provide photographs no later than 45 days from the mailing date. You will be issued store credit after a shipping insurance claim has been filed and approved. If the claim is denied, you will be provided the reason. Please photograph and retain all packaging and contents until the claim is settled (5-10 days after filing). Follow this link to file with the USPS directly to receive a refund.
